• Eligibility: Low-income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children until the age of 5. Including foster children, children living with single fathers or other primary caregivers. A family will auto-qualify if they have Medi-cal, CalFresh, or CalWORKS.Families who do not have Medi-cal, CalFresh, or CalWORKS may qualify based on household size and gross income.
